As a student of Hearing Aid Academy, you agreed to a monthly payment plan that grants full access to our training program.

If 30 days have passed since your enrollment date OR you’ve completed more than 3 modules, your payment plan is fully committed and non-refundable.

This policy helps us maintain fairness across all students, as our self-paced system allows access to the full curriculum and certification training upfront.

Need more time? You can pause instead of canceling.

If you're facing a temporary challenge—financial, personal, or otherwise—you can pause your enrollment for up to 60 days.

• ✅ You’ll retain your spot in the program
• ✅ You can resume when ready without starting over

In some cases, we may be able to offer a discounted buyout amount to settle your account in full.

This is not automatic—our finance manager reviews each request individually and may offer a final settlement depending on your progress and account status.
