Terms and Conditions for Payment Agreement with the Hearing Aid Academy:

Agreement Confirmation
By signing below, I confirm my payment details and agreement with the Hearing Aid Academy.
Full/Single Payment Option:
By making a single one-time payment today for the entire advertised price of the program, I will receive full access to the complete education program. This program is designed to provide the information required to pass my state or country written and practical exams to become a licensed hearing instrument specialist.
Payment Plan Option:
By entering into this payment plan agreement and making my initial payment today with the Hearing Aid Academy, I will receive full access to the complete education program. However, I understand that: This payment plan option allows me to pay the balance of the full tuition in smaller monthly payments, but I am entering into an agreement to pay the full tuition amount of the program plus any interest and fees associated with this offer.
Payment plans will be automatically charged monthly on the day of the month this agreement is initialized until the balance is paid in full.
I agreed to pay the tuition in full by completing the terms of this agreement or with an early payoff of the balance. There are no penalties or additional charges for early payoff.
Defaulting on monthly payments will result in the cancellation of my program, and I will be responsible for completing my agreement and pay the full remaining balance.
Failure to pay the remaining balance will lead to collection efforts and debt reporting to credit agencies.

Cancelation/Refund Policy:
Full/Single Payment Option:
The Hearing Aid Academy offers a 7-Day Payment Reversal (100% refund of the total amount paid) if I change my mind or am dissatisfied with the training and/or support during the initial seven (7) days. There are no refunds after 7-days.
Payment Plan Option:
I may cancel my program during the first month. If I cancel before the second payment is due (at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date), no further payments will be charged. Upon cancellation, I forfeit any special pricing offered with this agreement.
There are NO REFUNDS on payment plans. Once I make the second payment, I agree to pay the full tuition amount as outlined above.
Payment Processing Note:
All payments are processed through a third party, and charges will appear on my statement as “Golden Services.” (payment support is available at gsutah1@gmail.com or by calling (801) 664-4633.
Acknowledgment and Agreement:
By signing my name in the box below, I agree this is my digital signature, and I accept the terms of this agreement, including the refund and payment policies outlined above. *
