PLEASE SIGN THE AGREEMENT BELOW TO CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS WITH THE HEARING AID ACADEMY.

I hereby enter into this payment agreement with the Hearing Aid Academy. By making an initial payment of $1,000 today, I will receive access to the complete education program, which will provide the information I require to pass the state licensing exam to become a licensed hearing instrument specialist.

The Remaining Balance of $995 will be deferred for a minimum of 4 months, while you complete the education program and get hired as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Most of our students get hired for at least $50,000/year, and once you are fully employed you will enter into a new payment agreement with the Hearing Aid Academy for the remaining balance of $995 or set up a payment plan as little for as $99 per month until the debt is satisfied. If you do not get hired for at least $50,000 at any future date, you will not be responsible for the remaining payment of $995.

REFUNDS

I can receive a refund (minus a $195 set up fee) for up to a maximum of 30-days after I signed-up for the program or before completing three training modules (whichever happens first).

I understand I am no longer eligible for a refund after one of the noted conditions has occurred. (30-days or the completion of 3 training modules)

NOTE: Payments are processed through a third party and charges will appear on your statement as “Golden Services”
