I am currently a student with the hearing aid academy and I highly recommend! Even with working in a hearing center, the academy has taught me so much I need to excel my state exams. I recently attended the boot camp seminar with the Hearing Aid academy and it was a huge game changer. All the hands on experience with the instructors was a blessing!! I am so grateful I found the academy and feel great about my upcoming state exams.

The Hearing aid academy is the coolest! The curriculum is very thorough and the instructor's are very experienced and knowledgeable in the field. The Hearing Aid Academy is everything and more than what is advertised. The Academy is not just learning what is necessary to pass your state test but it is the path to obtaining a complete education about the science of hearing and the intricacies of hearing aids. I have a business finance background but wished to change my life’s path and sincerely help people with their hearing. I personally had no previous hearing experience or science experience for that matter. Yes, I was completely lost at first, but the required information is available from the Hearing Aid Academy and I am completely satisfied with the pace and structure of the education. Then to top it off, the Hearing Aid Academy was able to refer me to a Board Certified, 20 year experienced, hearing aid specialist for additional practical training. I was planning to leave a review when I completed the academy, but just attended a bootcamp in Dallas, Texas and it took everything to another level. DON’T SKIP THE BOOTCAMP! If you are passionate about helping people, hearing healthcare may be for you. If you are interested in pursuing becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist (H.I.S.), the Hearing Aid Academy is the best thing out there and will prepare you far beyond what you could learn from a textbook. The modules (instructional videos) are excellent and you can send in questions for instructors at any time which get responded to very quickly (whether by email or phone). From live weekly workshops (recordings available for replay as well), to regular live Q+A meetings, to audiometer simulation for practicing on etc… all led by high caliber instructors in the field, you end up with way more than you could ever imagine at an already reasonable price for an outstanding program. When I discovered the H.I.S. career, I was very excited. However, working through this program with the never ending support from instructors who want you to not only succeed but become amazing at what you will do, has been life changing. They genuinely care. And you will not be left alone on your journey here.

This is an amazing course and very informative. The boot camp with the hands on training is one of a kind. The instructors are top notch and at the top of their fields. If you are thinking of becoming a HIS this is the program for you! This is a self paced course and helps you for the written and practical test.

I am about 60% through the coursework in this program. I have been in the medical field for many years and have to say the quality of the education is outstanding. Instructors are passionate about the material and helping the students to be successful. Attended the bootcamp recently and had a great hands on experience to help tie the learning together. The instructors are very knowledgeable and dedicated to quality patient care. The course is not easy but for the investment I made in both time and money I certainly have no regrets.
