I just returned from the Orlando Bootcamp sponsored by the Hearing Aid Academy. A 2 day intensive workshop to sharpen our clinical and empathetic skills to improve the quality of life for an rising demographic of seniors with hearing loss. If any one reading this post is the least bit skeptical of the authenticity, credibility, passion and dedication this academy’s panel of leading experts invests in their students, it will be your loss. The Hearing Aid Academy is the real deal. Their legacy is changing the lives of their students and the quality of life of their future patients and their family members. It just doesn’t get any better than that.

Where do I start when there is just so much to say.I was Absolutely, Positively Blown-Away Impressed by the Hearing Aid Academy's Practical Boot Camp Training in Dallas, TX this weekend. It brought everything into focus for me and the information and industry experts that I had been given access to were truly incredible.The overall heartfelt compassion and desire for me to succeed by the Hearing Academy's Management, its instructors, and all of its staff was by far one of the most defining things that stood out for me right from the start. Growing stronger and stronger throughout the boot camp.Getting to meet all the Instructors, working with them, and learning from them directly, has elevated my knowledge base and understanding of not just all of the material required of me to pass my state licensing exams, (including the practical), but also has gifted me the know-how on how to be an extraordinary Hearing Aid Specialist in the future.The Boot Camp has boosted my confidence, reorganized my focus, and really made it very clear to me that I am exactly in the right place, with the right group of people, in an industry that I am not just falling in love with but is with open arms, welcoming my arrival.I can't thank enough the Hearing Aid Academy, for this incredible opportunity and its genuine high-level dedication to my success.P.S. It's just an amazing experience, they have amazing support, instructors hands on training bootcamps and live zoom calls every week to teach you more things along the way as you go through their course.

This is an amazing course and very informative. The boot camp with the hands on training is one of a kind. The instructors are top notch and at the top of their fields. If you are thinking of becoming a HIS this is the program for you! This is a self paced course and helps you for the written and practical test.

I was planning to leave a review when I completed the academy, but just attended a bootcamp in Dallas, Texas and it took everything to another level. DON’T SKIP THE BOOTCAMP! If you are passionate about helping people, hearing healthcare may be for you. If you are interested in pursuing becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist (H.I.S.), the Hearing Aid Academy is the best thing out there and will prepare you far beyond what you could learn from a textbook. The modules (instructional videos) are excellent and you can send in questions for instructors at any time which get responded to very quickly (whether by email or phone). From live weekly workshops (recordings available for replay as well), to regular live Q+A meetings, to audiometer simulation for practicing on etc… all led by high caliber instructors in the field, you end up with way more than you could ever imagine at an already reasonable price for an outstanding program. When I discovered the H.I.S. career, I was very excited. However, working through this program with the never ending support from instructors who want you to not only succeed but become amazing at what you will do, has been life changing. They genuinely care. And you will not be left alone on your journey here.

The Hearing Aid Academy is everything and more than what is advertised. The Academy is not just learning what is necessary to pass your state test but it is the path to obtaining a complete education about the science of hearing and the intricacies of hearing aids. I have a business finance background but wished to change my life’s path and sincerely help people with their hearing. I personally had no previous hearing experience or science experience for that matter. Yes, I was completely lost at first, but the required information is available from the Hearing Aid Academy and I am completely satisfied with the pace and structure of the education. Then to top it off, the Hearing Aid Academy was able to refer me to a Board Certified, 20 year experienced, hearing aid specialist for additional practical training. I am currently a student with the hearing aid academy and I highly recommend! Even with working in a hearing center, the academy has taught me so much I need to excel my state exams.
